Zoneless is a time zone visualization and scheduling tool. We provide this service "as is" and do not guarantee 100% uptime or accuracy, although we strive for both.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Pro features are available via a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
All content, design, and code on Zoneless is the property of Zoneless unless otherwise noted. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the service without express written permission.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall Zoneless be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
